AzamPay Setup
Connect your AzamPay API credentials to accept Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa, Halopesa, and Azampesa payments in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) from subscribers.
Create an Application
Log in to the AzamPay Developer Portal. Navigate to My Applications and click Register New App.
Retrieve API Credentials
Once your application is created, AzamPay will generate the following credentials:
- Application Name (App Name)
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- API Key
Make sure to copy these credentials and keep them completely secure.
Configure Webhook URL in AzamPay
Copy your unique callback webhook URL from VillageHub and paste it under the Callback URL configuration inside your AzamPay dashboard:

Open your Admin Panel → Settings → Payments tab, choose AzamPay as your gateway, fill in the credentials, and hit Save Changes.
Setup Complete!
Your subscribers can now securely checkout and pay in Tanzanian Shillings via Airtel, Tigo, Halopesa, or Azampesa.
